Ongoing managed IT is priced per employee, so it scales with your headcount. Projects are scoped and quoted separately, in writing, before any work starts.

Projects
Custom quote
Scoped work is priced on its own, based on size and complexity, with a written proposal before anything starts.
Final pricing, scope and support terms are confirmed in a written agreement. Software licenses such as Microsoft 365 are billed separately by the vendor.
Pricing questions
Do we have to replace our existing technology?
Usually not. We work with what you have and recommend changes only when they solve a real problem, reduce risk or save money. We'll explain the reasoning and the cost before anything changes.
Do you offer project-based work?
Yes. Alongside ongoing managed IT, we take on scoped projects such as Microsoft 365 or Azure migrations, security improvements, Intune rollouts and automation. Projects are quoted separately.
Do you offer 24/7 support?
Support hours and response expectations are agreed in writing as part of each client agreement. We don't advertise round-the-clock coverage we haven't committed to.
