This policy explains what information Hernandez Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We aim to collect only what we need to respond to you.

When you submit a form (for example, to request a consultation or an IT review), we collect what you enter, such as:
- Your name, company, business email address and, optionally, phone number
- Company size, industry and general information about your IT environment
- The services you're interested in and any message you write
- Your answers to the IT readiness questionnaire, if you choose to send them to us
Please don't include passwords, financial account details, health information or other sensitive data in forms. We don't need it to respond to you.
Information collected automatically
- Campaign information. If you arrive from a link with campaign parameters (such as utm_source), we store them in your browser for the current session and include them with any form you submit.
- Security data. To prevent spam and abuse, we process your IP address temporarily, in hashed form, to rate-limit form submissions. We don't store raw IP addresses with your submission.
- Analytics (only with consent). If analytics are enabled on this site, tools such as Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity load only after you allow them in the cookie banner. They collect information such as pages viewed and general device and location data.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule conversations
- To send you the summary or confirmation you requested
- To send occasional guides if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- To understand which pages and campaigns are useful, in aggregate
- To protect the website from spam and abuse
We don't sell your personal information.
